Is there an App for helping us boycott big shops?
Is there an App that will keep track of the main shops we must boycott, who owns them, where the owner resides (or doesn't), the basic reasons why boycotting this big shop is an inconvenience rightly to be done. Is there this App that will do that but also allow us to find quickly, conveniently, the small shop that carries the goods we wish to buy, what it's price is, who owns that small shop, how many miles it is to get there, what the directions are, etc??
If there isn't, there should be. I can't make it myself, because I don't possess the art. Do you? Please make it. I'll buy it from you and tell everyone else to buy it, too.
You might be left wondering: what about Amazon, doesn't it do that, or Etsy, or Ebay, or the like?
Yes, they do, but they are not geared to your own locale. They don't help you tighten the bonds of commerce between real neighbors. Sure, I bought my top hot, thereby completing my wedding attire, from a polite Portuguese hat maker, through Etsy, but she is not my proximate neighbor, my real neighbor, who I together with make up my own living, local community.
So, please, make the App dear Someone with the art.
